The purpose of the GVA Facilities portal is to provide information to residents, occupiers and tenants of Office 3, on the property management services provided for the benefit of all & to ensure that the interests of all parties are met.

Car Park


The car park is located within the Basement and accessed via a permanent concrete vehicle ramp from Charles Street. Access is controlled via an automatic perforated metal roller shutter.  Fobs will be distributed by the building managers to suit parking spaces and cycle racks designation.  Remote operation of the shutter can be carried out from the reception desk by building managers and an intercom is provided beside the entrance to accommodate authorised building users and visitors. The parking spaces in Office 2 retain a right of access through this entrance and the access road should be kept clear at all times.

The basement provides parking for approximately 15 cars, including 2 disabled bays. It is mechanically ventilated to control vehicle pollution and the same system will evacuate smoke in the event of a fire. All basement areas will be fitted with artificial lighting and sprinklers. Fire detection occurs when sprinkler heads are actuated and a separate smoke detection system is not provided.
