The Helpdesk

The helpdesk is designed to facilitate contact & ensure a transparent approach to any query raised, providing feedback at key stages of any request/issue raised.

Front of House security

Is available Monday - Friday 0700 - 1900 - Outside of these hours security officers are present.

Responsibilities include;

  • First line contact for all occupier queries
  • Helpdesk management
  • Contractor sign in & contractor H&S compliance
  • Post and courier registration
  • Key management
  • Adhoc traffic management
  • Fire alarm monitoring and liaison
Bev Swift - Estates Facilities Manager

 is available Monday - Friday and based from the estates office 3 days per week, responsible for the day to day operation of the estate.

Responsibilities include;

  • Contracts management
  • Occupier meeting liaison
  • Responsible person - Statutory compliance
  • Responsible person - Health & Safety
  • First stage budget preparation
