Services & Maintenance
Comprehensive operational and maintenance support is provided through the placing of service and maintenance contracts. All main contracts are competitively tendered or benchmarked and will be tendered every three to five years or as and when necessary. Each contractor’s performance is closely monitored to ensure high service standards are maintained.
Full management services will operate during normal working hours 08.00 to 17.00 Monday to Friday. The services will not be provided on Saturdays, Sundays and Bank and Public Holidays unless requested in writing.
The common parts of the building and the exterior and structure are maintained by the Landlord via GVA.
GVA is responsible for the interior of Office 3 excluding the demise premises themselves which are the responsibility of tenants.
