The purpose of the GVA Facilities portal is to provide information to residents, occupiers and tenants of Office 3, on the property management services provided for the benefit of all & to ensure that the interests of all parties are met.

Fire Alarm System

A digital addressable fire alarm system is provided for the office building. The system was designed and installed to B.S.5839 Part 1 and to suit the requirements of Building Control. The system is a Category L3 system.  Please note that it may need to be enhanced by tenants to suit their preferred degree of protection, the requirements of their insurers and to accommodate the effects of partitioning. Each tenant will be responsible for liaising with the Building Control Officer when obtaining any necessary approvals for the operation of the fire alarm in relation to his/her business.
