Welcome to the Office 3 Portal

The purpose of the GVA Facilities portal is to provide information to residents, occupiers and tenants of Office 3, on the property management services provided for the benefit of all & to ensure that the interests of all parties are met.

The Office 3 site is bounded to the west by Norfolk Street and the Peace Gardens, the north by Office 2, to the south by Charles Street and to the east by the St Paul’s Place multi-storey car park.

The building represents the conclusion of three office buildings identified within the Allies and Morrison masterplan, which was granted outline planning permission in October 2003 with the desire to re-establish the eastern side of Norfolk Street.
