Description of Service

Contract

  • Start date - 1st March 2016
  • Initial period - 1 years warranty
  • Termination period - after warranty

Scope

  • 3 no passenger lifts

Insurance

  • Public/Employers liability as required

Use of the Lifts

Lifts are primarily designed to carry passengers and light luggage and parcels. Before the lift is used to move furniture, please call the Buildings management team. This will avoid inconveniencing other tenants and the protective lift curtains are installed o avoid damage to the lift cars and lock the lift off if necessary.

DO NOT JAM THE DOORS WITH HEAVY BOXES
