Welcome to the Office 3 Portal

The purpose of the GVA Facilities portal is to provide information to residents, occupiers and tenants of Office 3, on the property management services provided for the benefit of all & to ensure that the interests of all parties are met.

Access Control

Main Entrance

A card reader (or other form of electronic key) is provided adjacent to the main entrance door to admit authorised staff into the building outside of standard working hours.  There is also an intercom between the main entrance and the reception desk to allow visitors to gain entry to the building.

Wireways are provided within the electrical infrastructure of the building to allow tenants’ to connect into the Landlord’s access control and intercom system.

Basement Car Park

The roller shutter to the car parking garage is an automatic door that is controlled by key fob at the vehicle entrance and an induction loop on the vehicle exit.  There is also an intercom between the vehicle entrance and the reception desks, in both Office No. 2 and Office No. 3, to enable authorised guests and visitors to use the car park.

Unauthorised Visitors

If any tenants or their staff are aware of, or suspect the presence in the building of unauthorised visitors, they should contact the Facilities Manager or reception immediately.

Suspicious Circumstances

All suspicious objects, odours or occurrences seen within the building or its vicinity should be reported by the tenant to the Facilities Manager in the first instance so that internal emergency plans may be put into action.

Alarm and Monitoring Systems

The main entrance of the building and the basement car park is equipped with an intruder alarm system which includes contacts on the external fire escape doors.

All alarm systems are linked to the reception desk.
