Welcome to the Office 3 Portal

The purpose of the GVA Facilities portal is to provide information to residents, occupiers and tenants of Office 3, on the property management services provided for the benefit of all & to ensure that the interests of all parties are met.

Tenants’ assistance is required to ensure that litter/refuse is placed in receptacles provided and by reporting serious breakages or spillages to the Facilities Manager.

The common parts, including reception, lifts, stairs and basement car park, are cleaned by a GVA contractor.  Daily cleaning will be carried out between 06.30 – 10.30 and 17.00 – 19.00 Monday to Friday.

Tenants are responsible for cleaning their own demised areas.
